    Maxi Kits Box offers worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, we promise to get your personalized products directly to your door. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

    Delivery times:

    Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks after the order is confirmed and processed. This time frame includes the production of your custom items as well as transit time. However, these times may be extended depending on the time of year (especially during the holiday season or other peak demand periods) or due to exceptional conditions affecting shipping services.

    Liability for Loss or Damage:

    Once your order has been shipped, Maxi Kits is no longer responsible for the delivery of the package. Responsibility for transport is then transferred to the carrier. In the event that your package is lost by the delivery service, Maxi Kits Box cannot be held responsible. We recommend that you track your package using the tracking information provided after shipping and contact the carrier directly in case of any problems.

    Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for packages destroyed or confiscated by your country's customs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with your country's customs regulations. If a package is held or destroyed by customs, we will not be able to offer a refund or resend the item.
